What data is processed

The data you provide through the contact form (name, company, email address and message) and any data you share by email, phone, WhatsApp or video call.

Purpose

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you request one, and keep in touch about it. Your data is not used for marketing or for automated decision-making.

Legal basis

The consent you give when submitting the form (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then for the applicable legal periods. If no business relationship follows, it is deleted within 12 months.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The following providers act as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Microsoft Corporation (video call scheduling through Microsoft Bookings, if you choose to use it).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

If you choose to get in touch through WhatsApp or LinkedIn, those services process your data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@jazartec.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to count visits in aggregate; it sets no cookies and does not identify users.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.

Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your data. The whole website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
